Please Note: Season Pass Waivers and photos MUST be done online. Please allow up to 10 business days to receive your pass in the mail after completion of Step 3 of the online waiver process. Passes cannot be processed or picked up at the resort.

All Season Passes must be processed online this includes filling out waivers and uploading photos. All passes will be mailed so please allow 10 business days from receiving your approval email to receive your pass. There will be no pass processing or pass pick up at the resorts this season.

To ensure our guests are comfortable with our operating procedures we will be offering a ‘no questions asked’ refund on any unused 2020.21 Winter Season Passes purchased, more information below.

The renewal discount is offered to all guests who purchased a 2019.20 RCR Winter Season Pass. All eligible guests will be receiving an email with a coupon code to use on our webstore to purchase a season pass for the upcoming 2020.21 winter season at 10% OFF the Fall Season Pass sale rates. The code is unique to each pass holder and is non transferable. Codes will be valid only during our Fall Season Pass sale which will end on November 30th, 2020 at the latest. Passes are available while supplies last and RCR reserves the right to end the sale without notice at anytime. Unused renewal codes will expire when product goes off sale.

The 10% renewal discount will be offered to purchasers of 2019.20 RCR Season Ski Pass Products including: RCR Rockies Pass, Fernie Alpine Resort, Kicking Horse Mountain Resort, Kimberley Alpine Resort, 75+ Pass, Kimberley Alpine Resort Night Rider Season Passes, NEW! Nakiska Midweek Limited Season Pass and Nakiska Ski Area Tube Park Season Passes.

You sure can! If you had one of the above-mentioned passes last season, you can apply your 10% renewal discount to any of our eligible 2020.21 Season Pass products regardless of the pass you had last season. For example, if you had an individual resort pass last season (ex. Fernie Adult Pass), you can apply your discount to a RCR Rockies Pass and vice versa,  or if you had a individual season ski pass you could apply your discount to a family ski pass and vice versa.

As mentioned above, your code is unique to your individual pass or family pass, they are non transferable and not to be shared. Discount codes used will be cross referenced to a 2019.20 member profile. Resorts of the Canadian Rockies reserves the right to decline discounts to individuals who have shared codes or did not have a qualifying season pass from the 2019.20 Winter Season.

As skiers and riders we all appreciate the end of the ski season has always been a very unpredictable event. Usually Mother Nature determines when it’s time to place the gear into storage and the 2019.20 Winter Season it was a global event. As much as we all want more days on the slopes, the end of the ski season is never a choice; we would be open 365 if we could. With that reality in place we need look forward and not back  -  we are pleased to offer 2019.20 pass holders with a renewal discount and a new “no questions asked” refund on all unused 2020.21 season passes.

We appreciate there is lots of uncertainty as to what the future holds and it is difficult to make financial decisions in the current environment. To ensure that you have confidence in your winter ski decisions we are offering a new “no questions asked” refund on all unused 2020.21 Winter Season pass purchases. In the event there is a prolonged closure due to COVID-19 refunds or credits will be provided on Season Passes, dependant on how many days you used your pass.

Installment Plans are only available during our Early Bird Sale and will not be available on our Fall Sale or Regular Season Pass Sale.

A family pass is defined as one or two parents and any children in the household up to 17 years old. There is no limit to the number of children able to be added to a family pass as long as they are living in the household, under 17 and under the legal guardianship of the parents on the pass.

Post secondary students between the ages of 18 – 24 living in the household can be added onto to a family pass using the ‘Student Add On’ option. If you are a post secondary student purchasing an individual pass – we do offer a student pass at a reduced rate. Proof of student status must be provided at time of pass pickup.

With all student passes, current student ID must be shown to one of our Guest Services representatives at our Calgary Office or one of our winter resorts. Grade 2 Fun Pass holders parents must provide proof the child is in Grade 2 or birth certificate showing they are born in 2013.

For all other passes that need to be picked up in person, Photo ID is required, the receipt of purchase is helpful to bring along as well. We are very proud to be offering our Grade 2 Fun Pass once again this season, for more information visit the Grade 2 Fun Pass Product Page.

Anyone over the age of 16 can legally sign their own waiver. Waivers for children (15 & under), must be signed by a parent or legal guardian. Invitations to fill our waivers online will be sent to pass holders through email 48 hours after you've purchased your pass(es). Ages are calculated as of December 31, 2020.

Many of our member benefits can be utilized by showing your season pass at our resort outlets, some of the member benefits offers require a coupon. Coupons can be printed through our website by logging in.

If the refund option was purchased at the time of pass purchase, refund applications can be made online. Proper documentation must be submitted with your refund application or it will not be accepted. Please read the Refund Option carefully before applying for your refund. Refunds can take up to 6 weeks to be processed and are issued by cheque to the mailing address on your season pass file. Mailing addresses entered in the Refund Application form will be taken as correct and refunds will be sent to what is provided. Applying for a refund does NOT guarantee a refund.

Passes are non transferable and cannot be given to someone else.
