The following season pass products provide access to the Resorts of the Canadian Rockies, beginning with the 2018-2019 winter season:

  • Epic Pass™: Epic Pass holders will receive seven days total of skiing or snowboarding at the Resorts of the Canadian Rockies with no blackout dates, beginning with the 2018-2019 season. The Epic Pass offers full access to Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, Keystone and Arapahoe Basin in Colorado; Park City in Utah; Heavenly, Northstar and Kirkwood at Lake Tahoe; Stowe Mountain Resort in Vermont; Afton Alps in Minnesota; Mt. Brighton in Michigan; Wilmot Mountain in Wisconsin; Whistler Blackcomb in Canada; and Perisher in Australia, with no blackout dates. The Epic Pass also features seven days with no blackout dates at Telluride in Colorado; five consecutive days with no blackout dates at Hakuba Valley, Japan; up to six days with no blackout dates at Les 3 Vallées, Paradiski and Tignes-Val D’Isere in France; up to five days with no blackout dates at 4 Vallées in Switzerland; up to three days with no blackout dates at Arlberg in Austria; and up to three days with no blackout dates at Skirama Dolomiti in Italy.
  • Epic 7-Day Pass™: Epic 7-Day Pass holders will receive up to seven days total of skiing or snowboarding at the Resorts of the Canadian Rockies with no blackout dates as part of their seven total days on the pass. The Epic 7-Day Pass features a total of seven days with no blackout dates at Whistler Blackcomb, Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, Keystone, Park City, Heavenly, Northstar, Kirkwood, Stowe and Arapahoe Basin, seven additional free days at Afton Alps, Mt. Brighton or Wilmot Mountain, plus up to seven days of skiing or snowboarding at Telluride Ski Resort as part of the total seven days on the pass with no blackout dates.
  • Epic 4-Day Pass™:  Epic 4-Day Pass holders will receive up to four days of skiing or snowboarding at the Resorts of the Canadian Rockies with no blackout dates as part of their four total days on the pass. The Epic 4-Day pass features a total of four days with no blackout dates at Whistler Blackcomb, Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, Keystone, Park City, Heavenly, Northstar, Kirkwood, Stowe and Arapahoe Basin, four additional free days at Afton Alps, Mt. Brighton or Wilmot Mountain, plus up to four days of skiing or snowboarding at Telluride Ski Resort as part of the total four days on the pass with no blackout dates.

If you are skiing or snowboarding at any of the RCR resorts, you can go direct-to-lift with your Epic Pass, Epic 7-Day or Epic 4-Day Pass.

No.  Epic 7-Day Pass holders will receive up to seven days of skiing or snowboarding at the Resorts of the Canadian Rockies with no blackout dates as part of their seven total days on the pass.  Epic 4-Day Pass holders will receive up to four days of skiing or snowboarding at the Resorts of the Canadian Rockies with no blackout dates as part of their four total days on the pass.

Yes, the following products also offer the same RCR access as the Epic Pass: Lifetime Pass, Trade Epic Pass, Employee Lifetime Pass.

No, access is only available on the Epic Pass, Epic 7-Day, and Epic 4-Day pass.

Yes.  Once the seven days have been used on your Epic Pass or Epic 7-Day Pass or the four days have been used on your Epic 4-Pay Pass, pass holders can get 50 percent off additional lift tickets at RCR.

The following passes are eligible to receive a 50% discount on window rate pricing at Vail Resorts owned and operated resorts:

RCR West Season Pass holders including; RCR Rockies Pass, Fernie Alpine Resort, Kicking Horse Mountain Resort and Kimberley Alpine Resort, includes; unrestricted, full week -daytime, family and individual passholders.

RCR East Season Pass holders including; Unlimited Double Mountain (Mont Saint-Anne & Stoneham), Unlimited Mont-Saint Anne and Unlimited Stoneham, includes; unrestricted, full week-daytime, family and individual pass holders.

This discount is not valid at Arapahoe Basin, Telluride in Colorado; Hakuba Valley, Japan; Les 3 Vallées, Paradiski and Tignes-Val D’Isere in France; 4 Vallées in Switzerland; Arlberg in Austria and Skirama Dolomiti in Italy; or any other partnership resort.

Epic Pass, Epic 7-Day, and Epic 4-Day passes for the 2018-19 winter season will go on sale on March 6th  2018 at www.epicpass.com.

Congrats on your new pass! For first-time Epic Season Pass holders, your pass will be mailed to you 7-10 business days from the time your photo upload is accepted. You may also have your photo taken and pass printed in person at a season pass office at any Vail Resorts owned and operated resort.  The release of liability must be completed for your Season Pass to be active.

Auto Renew is the most convenient way to automatically renew your season pass every year, while guaranteeing next season’s lowest price and the best benefits. When you sign-up for Auto Renew you will be charged $49 up front and the balance in mid-September. If you sign up for the auto-renew program this season, your pass will automatically renew next March for the 2019-2020 season unless you withdraw from the program before the initial charge. No, Epic Pass, Epic 7-Day, or Epic 4-day resort charge is only available at Vail Resorts owned and operated resorts.

Buddy Tickets are discounted, single-day lift tickets set at a flat rate. Not all season passes include Buddy Tickets. If you purchase your Epic Pass by April 15, 2018, you will receive six Buddy Tickets.  The season pass holder must be present at the time of purchase.

No. Buddy Tickets are only valid at all Vail Resorts owned and operated resorts, not at partnership resorts.

As a valued season pass holder, most season passes will come with six discounted, single- day lift tickets loaded onto your season pass for friends and family to use. Ski With A Friend tickets vary in price based on the date you plan to visit and can be purchased at the lift ticket window. The season pass holder must be present at the time of purchase.

No, Epic Pass Ski With A Friend tickets will not be valid for use at an RCR resort. Epic Pass, Epic 7-Day, and Epic 4-day Ski With A Friend tickets are valid at all Vail Resorts owned and operated resorts.

Yes, the Epic Pass includes six days at Les 3 Vallees, Paradiski and Tignes-Val D’Isere in France, three days at Skirama Dolomiti Adamello Brenta in Italy, five consecutive days at 4 Vallees in Switzerland and three consecutive days at Arlberg in Austria. Each resort has requirements that must be met to receive the free access.
