How to Complete Waivers Prior to your Lesson

1.

Click on the ‘menu’ button in the top right-hand corner of our browser and click the ‘sign up / sign in’ button.

2.

Enter the account credentials you created when purchasing your multi-week program and sign in.

3.

Once signed in, navigate to your account profile.

4.

Click on ‘Overview’, then click ‘Release Agreements’ to manage unsigned Release Agreements for yourself and your family members.

5.

Beside the listed unsigned Release Agreements, click the action button and follow the steps to complete the required Release Agreements.

6.

Once the Release Agreement is completed, it will be listed under the ‘signed Release Agreement’ section.
