IMPORTANT INFORMATION

COVID-19 Update

Dear RCR Guest:

We hope that you are well and staying healthy as we all do our part to help flatten the curve by remaining home as much as possible and by following the directions of our Public Health and Government officials.  We would like to thank any of you who are providing us with the essential services and working on the front line as we go through these trying times; your dedication and service is greatly appreciated.

Here at RCR we are carefully monitoring the situation on an ongoing basis to determine when it may be possible to open some of our resort operations, which of course will be dependent upon the direction of the Health Authorities and Government Officials this summer. The safety of you our guests, along with our employees and the members of the communities where we operate, are our company’s number one priority. As such we will not commence summer operations until officials allow us to do so, and then will only operate when we are confident that our Safe Operating Procedures are fully in place.   In the meantime, our Team Members will continue to work to ensure that our golf courses, hotels and mountain resorts are ready to welcome you when the time is right. Please check back here or visit your favourite resort page for updates on resort operational schedules. Details for summer season passes for sightseeing and mountain biking will be available soon.

Looking further out to next winter, details for the 2020/21 Early Bird Season pass sale can be expected to be issued sometime later in the spring. We will communicate to our loyal season pass holders and update our websites and social channels when the program is finalized.

We would like to thank all of you, our guests and members for your patience as we work through this very difficult time. Like you the team at RCR is very passionate about spending time with family and friends recreating in the mountains and we are all eager to “get out there” and we will when the time is right, safely.

Thank you,

The RCR Team
