Thank you for a great summer, we appreciate your commitment to our resorts and your patience as we operated through an unprecedented summer season!

During our Early Bird Pass Sale we offered a 15% renewal discount to our 2019/2020 Season Pass Holders in order to compensate our pass holders who missed the last portion of their 2019/2020 winter seasons.

Our Early Bird Winter Season Pass Sale concluded on September 12th, 2020. We are not selling any season passes at this time as we evaluate the quantity of passes sold. The safety of our guests and staff is our top priority and we encourage you to check back on our website for updates.

The only amendment that has been made to our refund policy is that we are offering a 'no questions asked' refund on all unused passes. Once a pass has been used our standard refund policy will apply. The amendment to the policy will allow season pass holders to purchase at the best available rate, and provide them the flexibility to assess the risk of using their pass once they are closer to the start of their ski season. Our goal is to operate our resorts through the 2020.21 ski season with special operating procedures in place to reduce the spread of COVID-19; we are currently working with our industry partners to develop these procedures. It is difficult (even impossible) to predict what the future holds, and given this uncertainty we are not providing any guarantees of compensation at this time. We will assess all situations as they arise and determine our course of action at that time.

Any unused BC add on passes are eligible to be exchanged for a 2020/2021 BC add on, if presented in conjunction with a 2020/2021 Nakiska season pass. Please contact [email protected] after your 2020/2021 Nakiska season pass purchase, include your purchase confirmation number, and we will apply the BC add on to your order. In-the-event that you do not purchase a 2020/21 Season Pass a credit for the used portion will be offered. Refunds will not be issued.

Purchased, unused, sticky back, single-day lift tickets from the 2019.20 season will be valid for the 2020.21 ski season beginning on opening day; please note that it will not be valid for any preview weekends hosted by the resort (Please visit individual resort websites for preview weekend dates as well as regular operation dates). We may request that you renew your voucher/ticket online through our website, and will provide more information on how to do that as our ski season approaches.

All unused Air Miles vouchers from the 2019.20 ski season will be valid for the 2020.21 ski season beginning on opening day; please note that it will not be valid for any preview weekends hosted by the resort (Please visit individual resort websites for preview weekend dates as well as regular operation dates).
