All Season Passes must be processed online, this includes filling out waivers and uploading photos. Your season passes can be reloaded from 2021.22 season passes, or new passes can be mailed. Please allow 10 business days from receiving your approval email to receive your pass in the mail.
Installment Plans will become available in the last few weeks of the sale. They will be available during the final weeks of our Early Bird Sale and will not be available on our Fall Sale or Regular Season Pass Sale.
A family pass is defined as one or two parents and any children in the household up to 17 years old. There is no limit to the number of children able to be added to a family pass as long as they are living in the household, under 17 and under the legal guardianship of the parents on the pass.
Post secondary students between the ages of 18 – 24 living in the household can be added onto to a family pass using the ‘Student Add On’ option. If you are a post secondary student purchasing an individual pass – we do offer a student pass at a reduced rate. Proof of student status must be provided at time of pass pickup.
With all student passes, current Student ID must be shown to one of our Guest Services representatives at our Calgary Office or one of our resorts. Grade 2 Fun Pass holders parents must provide proof the child is in Grade 2 or birth certificate showing they are born in 2015.
For all other passes that need to be picked up in person, Photo ID is required, the receipt of purchase is helpful to bring along as well.
Anyone 16 years of age and older can legally sign their own waiver. Waivers for children (15 & under), must be signed by a parent or legal guardian. If you have any changes to your email address or mailing address on file please contact Guest Services.
Ages are calculated as of December 31, 2022.
Please read the Refund Option carefully before applying for your refund. Refunds can take up to 6 weeks to be processed and are issued either onto a credit card used to purchase online, or by cheque to the mailing address on your season pass file. Mailing addresses entered in the Refund Application form will be taken as correct and refunds will be sent to what is provided. Applying for a refund does NOT guarantee a refund.
Passes are non transferable and cannot be given to someone else.
