Terms and Conditions

    • Resorts of the Canadian Rockies will not replace unregistered cards.
    • There will be a $20 charge to replace lost or stolen registered cards.
    • Report all lost or stolen Direct to Lift cards immediately to Resorts of the Canadian Rockies at 1-800-258-7669 or to Guest Services at any RCR resort to ensure that you do not incur additional charges.
    • RCR Rockies Direct to Lift cardholders are responsible for all charges prior to card cancellation.
    • Cards must be activated to receive free days.
    • Free days must be taken on 1st, 4th and 7th resort visit after activation, regardless of what RCR resort you are visiting or number of lifts in operation
    • Limit of one card per person, per season.
    • Discounts relating to your RCR Rockies Card cannot be combined with any other offer, including reduced ticket rate due to early season.
    • GST on day ticket is paid on the original price, discount will be taken after.
    • Ski days at Edmonton Snow Valley, Rabbit Hill, Blacktail Mountain, Canyon Ski Area, and Table Mountain do not count toward free days, nor are free days given there.
    • Direct to Lift Card is not available at Edmonton Snow Valley, Rabbit Hill, Blacktail Mountain, Canyon Ski Area, or Table Mountain.
    • Rockies Cards are available until December 30th and will be sold to residents of Canada and the states of Washington, Idaho and Montana ONLY.
    • Cards are non-transferable
    • All sales final, cards are non-refundable, no credits or exchanges for unused cards.
    • Half-day card usages do not count toward free days, nor are there discounts on half days.
    • Cards must be presented at ski area to receive discount and to contribute toward free day.
    • Ski days prior to activation do not count toward free days.

  • What is a RCR Rockies Card?
    • A Rockies Card is a discount card offered every year for savings on lift tickets if a season pass is not for you.
  • Can discounts be used on half days?
    • Rockies card discounts will ONLY be applied to full day tickets. There will be no discounts whatsoever on half day tickets. If a Rockies card is used during the half day time, you will be charged the full day rate with applicable discount.
  • What is Direct to Lift?
    • Rather than having to pick up a lift ticket each day, the direct to lift option allows you to connect your credit card directly to your Rockies card. Your credit card is bill when the Rockies card is scanned at the lift. The direct to lift option requires a waiver to be signed and a picture taken of the card holder in Guest Services.
  • What to bring to change your Rockies Card to a Direct to Lift Rockies Card.
    • Please bring Photo ID, the RCR Rockies Card you purchased at the partner retailer, as well as the credit card you would like attached to your Rockies card.
  • What is the age group for the cards/how do the discounts work?
    • Discounts associated with all Rockies cards can be applied to the Senior (65+), Adult (18 – 64) and Youth (13-17) ticket rates. Kids Club Cards can be purchased or obtained (with the purchase of an adult Rockies card) and will give a $5 discount on child tickets (ages 6 – 12). All children 5 and under are free and do not qualify for any Rockies card products.
  • How do I activate my card? What to do if you have trouble activating your card
    • Activate your card on the website provided on the front of your card. Please note that all DIRECT TO LIFT cards do NOT need to be activated!
