SEASON PASS PICK-UP

Welcome Back! Grab Your Pass.

This season guests will have the option to reload their previous Winter's pass or pick-up at any RCR Guest Service location. Due to ongoing Canada Post service interruptions and uncertainty for services in the immediate future, we are unable to offer a mail out option for this winter.

Thank you for indicating your pick-up location - this choice is important to us in order to prepare for your arrival. Pick-up timeframes by location are listed below and will continue to be updated if more times become available. Please ensure you bring your photo ID for pick-up!

Fernie Alpine Resort

Opening for Guest Services hours starting November 3rd!  Our team will be available to help Monday-Sunday (7 days a week) from 10:00am-3:00pm after this date. Don't forget to bring your photo ID!

We encourage all guests to collect their pass outside of opening weekend to reduce line-ups and allow everyone can access the slopes in a timely manner!

Kicking Horse Mountain Resort

Opening for Guest Service Hours starting November 12th! Please see details below and check back to this page as more times become available. Don't forget to bring your photo ID for pick-up!

Weds, Nov 12 - Fri, Nov 14    10:00am-3:00pm
Weds, Nov 19 - Fri, Nov 21    10:00am-3:00pm
Fri, Nov 28 - Sun Nov 30        10:00am-3:00pm

The KHMR Guest Services team will also be available to print passes at two in town events - the Ski Swap (Rec Plex, November 8th) and Staying Alive Event (Civic Centre, December 2nd). Come see us there to collect your pass!

Kimberley Alpine Resort

Kimberley Guest Services will be open on November 22nd from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm for pass pick-up only. Guest Service Hours are as follows:

Nov 22: 10:00 am - 4:00 pm for pass pick-up only.
Nov 26 - 29: 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
Dec 3 - 6: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
Dec 8 - 11: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
Dec 12 - April 6: 8:30am - 4:30pm

If Kimberley Guest Services is selected as your pick-up location via your personalized pass e-mail, your pass will be pre-printed for your arrival. Don't forget to bring your photo ID!

Nakiska Ski Area

Please note, Calgary Guest Services is open now to assist guests with pass pick-up! More information can be found below. If you selected Calgary as your pick-up location, please allow 3 business days before pick-up so we can have your pass ready for arrival! Don't forget your photo ID!

Nakiska Guest Services will be open on November 8th for weekend operations, and November 28th for regular season operations. Please stay tuned and check back to this page as more Nakiska Guest Service hours may become available.

Calgary Office

The Calgary office is currently open Monday-Saturday 8:30am-5:00pm.

If you selected Calgary as your pick-up location, please allow 3 business days before pick-up so we can have your pass ready for arrival! Don't forget your photo ID!
