PASS UPGRADE AND DOWNGRADE POLICY

If you wish to upgrade your RCR season pass to a higher-valued product the full rate you paid will be deducted from the current rate at the time of upgrade and the balance must be paid before the new pass will be issued.

If you wish to downgrade your RCR season pass to a lower-valued product the full rate paid will be applied to the current rate at the time of downgrade and if there are funds owing these will be processed through our refunds department. Downgrades will only be processed on unused season passes and will not be considered after December 1st of each season.
