- Summer Lift Tickets are non-refundable.
- Summer Lift Tickets can be purchased in resort at Guest Services or a Ticket Window.
- Guests purchasing Mountain Bike Lift Tickets are required to sign and agree to a Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims and Assumption of Risks Agreement prior to purchase.
- Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims and Assumption of Risks Agreement for guests under the age of 16 must be signed by a parent or legal guardian.
- If a Mountain Bike Lift Ticket Holder is unhappy with the conditions, they are able to receive a "Rain Check", which is a voucher for a Summer Lift Ticket on another day. The guest must request a Rain Check at Guest Services within one hour of their first scan. Rain Checks are valid for one year from the date of issue.
