The season pass is valid for the person whose photograph appears on it. Should any other person attempt to use this pass, it will be confiscated without a rebate, and that person will be charged $500 penalty. This penalty will apply regardless of whether the member is aware of the misuse. In the event of miscount or non-observation of the ski safety regulations (or Alpine Responsibility Code) on the part of the pass holder, they will be prohibited from use of the lifts as determined by management. The holder of this pass assumes all risk of personal injury or loss of property damage. The Season Pass is non-transferable.  Prior to the season starting (when any resort on the pass is open), passes may be cancelled for a refund less $50 per individual pass and $100 per family pass, reflecting costs allocated to the purchase.  Once the season has commenced (when any resort included on the pass is open), all passes are non-refundable except where required under applicable consumer protection laws.  A reprint will be offered if a Season Pass holder is without their pass. The first reprint is free. Any prints after that are $20. This pass remains the property of Resorts of the Canadian Rockies Inc and affiliated companies and resorts.
