The season pass is valid for the person whose photograph appears on it. Should any other person attempt to use this pass, it will be confiscated without a rebate, and that person will be charged $500 penalty. This penalty will apply regardless of whether the member is aware of the misuse. In the event of miscount or non-observation of the ski safety regulations (or Alpine Responsibility Code) on the part of the pass holder, they will be prohibited from use of the lifts as determined by management. The holder of this pass assumes all risk of personal injury or loss of property damage. The Season Pass is non-transferable. There will be no pass refund unless the refund option has been purchased. Refunds are given for medical conditions or transfers of employment only. A reprint will be offered if a Season Pass holder is without their pass. The first reprint is free. Any prints after that are $20. This pass remains the property of Resorts of the Canadian Rockies Inc and affiliated companies and resorts.
